Consulting creative, art direction, and hands-on design for Branding & Acquisition marketing division of leading online financial services company.
• Worked with marketing leads and stakeholders on branding, advertising, digital and traditional direct (email & print), customer campaign execution, site marketing, social media, and partner event initiatives.
• Partnered with internal marketing teams and external agencies on design and launch of customer prospect site, etrade.com, as well as E*Trade’s innovative robo product, Adaptive Portfolio.
• Worked closely with customer experience marketing team on redesigning, producing, and launching new product collateral card system to support Financial Advisors in the field and customers on the website. This initiative included sourcing and partnering with a commercial printer and ensuring overall execution quality via on-site press checks.
• Worked with Digital Product managers, UX, and technology team members on ideation, design and integration of 3rd party white-label, electronic billing and payment software for E*Trade customers.
• Led the design effort, with internal stakeholders and external dev team on the redesign and launch of the company’s career’s and human resources website, etradecareers.com
